1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ServNox, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

ServNox is a field service management platform for contractors and service businesses. You may use the service for lawful business purposes only. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must maintain the security of your account credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Each account represents one organization — sharing accounts across unrelated businesses is not permitted.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Starter plan is free with limitations. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Data Ownership

You own all data you enter into ServNox. We do not claim ownership of your customers, jobs, or business information. Upon cancellation, you may request a data export within 30 days.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

ServNox is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
