ServNox collects information you provide when you create an account, including your name, email address, company name, and industry. We also collect information about the jobs, customers, and invoices you create within the platform.

We use your information to provide and improve the ServNox service, send you transactional notifications about your jobs and invoices, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security. Each organization's data is isolated and accessible only by authorized members of that organization. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ServNox: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), and Twilio (SMS notifications). Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@servnox.com. Account deletion will remove all your personal information from our systems within 30 days.
